Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026 · In compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD)
This Privacy Policy describes how BlazeHunter ("we") collects, uses, stores and protects the personal data of users of the game BlazeHunter and of the site blazehunter.space ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this document.
Honest summary: BlazeHunter is an indie game in development (Alpha). We collect the minimum necessary for the game to work and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
1. Who the data controller is
The party responsible for processing the personal data collected through the Services is the BlazeHunter project. For any privacy-related matter, get in touch through the channels listed in the "Contact".
2. What data we collect
2.1. Data you provide
- Pilot/account identification: when you access the Alpha, authentication may occur via Discord, and we use an account identifier to link your in-game progress.
- Communications: messages sent to the team by the community (for example, on the official Discord).
2.2. Data generated by using the game
- Progress and gameplay data: level, rank, kills, items, in-game currency (BlazeCoin) and other statistics needed for the mechanics to work.
- Technical data: session information, access logs and device data needed for the stability and security of the game.
2.3. Data collected on the site
- Browsing data and cookies: when you visit the site, third-party tools (such as Google Ads) may record browsing data, IP address and cookie identifiers to measure ad effectiveness (for example, when you click the Discord invite).
- External fonts and resources: the site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve sharing your IP address with Google's servers.
3. What we use the data for (purposes)
- Enable access to the Alpha and save your in-game progress;
- Operate, maintain and improve the game's mechanics, security and stability;
- Measure and optimize marketing campaigns (for example, knowing how many people joined the community);
- Communicate news and development updates;
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Legal basis for processing (LGPD)
We process personal data on the following legal bases set out in the LGPD: performance of a contract or preliminary procedures (to provide the game you requested), legitimate interest (for security, improvement and marketing measurement) and consent, where applicable.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
The site uses cookies and similar technologies, mainly for measuring ad conversions (Google Ads). You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies does not prevent use of the game, but may affect marketing metrics.
6. Data sharing
We may share personal data with the following types of third parties, strictly for the purposes above:
- Google (Google Ads and Google Fonts): for ad measurement and loading of site resources;
- Discord: the platform through which the community and Alpha access are provided;
- Hosting and infrastructure providers: to store and serve the site and game data securely.
We do not sell your personal data. Sharing occurs only to the extent necessary to operate the Services or comply with the law.
7. Storage and security
We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law.
8. Your rights as a data subject (art. 18 of the LGPD)
At any time, you may request:
- Confirmation that processing exists and access to your data;
- Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
- Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in noncompliance;
- Data portability, where applicable;
- Deletion of data processed based on your consent;
- Information about with whom your data has been shared;
- Withdrawal of consent.
To exercise these rights, get in touch through the channels in the "Contact".
9. Privacy of children and adolescents
The Services are not intended for minors without the proper consent and supervision of parents or legal guardians, under applicable law. If we identify the processing of minors' data without the appropriate legal basis, we will take measures to delete it.
10. International data transfer
Some of our providers (for example, Google and Discord) may process data outside Brazil. In such cases, we seek to ensure the transfer occurs in compliance with the LGPD and with adequate protection safeguards.
11. Changes to this Policy
As BlazeHunter is in active development, this Policy may be updated periodically. The date of the last update will always be shown at the top of this document. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
